On Monday, October 7, 2019, Mr. Rok Pintar (MBA), NIIE lecturer, was invited to give guest lecture at BJC, Slovenia. In his talk, Mr. Rok Pintar outlined new trends in human resources management, with an emphasis on talent management in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Examples of good as well as bad practices from Switzerland, Vietnam and Slovenia have also stimulated a lively debate among students.
BJC (Slovenbia) is a highly-respected school in Slovenia. BJC has signed an MOU with NIIE on staff and student exchange. Currently, 2 students of BJC is on study exchange in the field of hospitality at NIIE.
