HR INTERNSHIP (Head Office)

1. Job Purpose

Support Training / Recruitment / Performance Management / C&B team in activities of HR Department.

2. Job Description

Training

  • Assist in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly.
  • Check attendance list.
  • Follow evaluation process for training outcomes and performance improvement, execute instructed assignments.
  • Coordinate with external as well as internal training agencies to arrange delivery of specific training to develop programs.
  • Book training logistics and room for pre-defined courses.
  • Translate material to serve AEON website Learning & Development section.

Recruitment

  • Support Recruitment Process: searching & screening CV for vacancies, arranging interview schedule for potential candidates, making relationship with the university,…
  • To support analysis and statistics activities: inputting data, doing analysis and statistics about recruitment status.
  • Support paperwork & follow document procedure.

C&B

  • Support in: hiring data, inputting & checking data; checking staff attendance and updating the database of staff.

Performance Management

  • Support HR Performance Management Team in HR Projects.
  • Translate English documents into Vietnamese and vice versa (if needed).

3. Job Requirements

  • Last-year student of the majors: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related majors.
  • Can use Design Tools: Offline (Photoshop/Ai/Corel/ … or Online (Canva/Piktochart/…)
  • English fluency (Japanese language is a plus) & good computer skills.
  • Have a strong desire to work in Human Resources.

1. Job Description

  • Search and look for shooting agency, getting quotations
  • Crop product photos to right size to fit in web format
  • Search more product details in terms of how-to-use information and functions
  • Upload & update products information onto EC site in terms of selling price, quantity, color
  • Collect registration on E-commerce site and sending thank you letter
  • Assist cameramen by renting products from store and returning them to store after finish shooting daily
  • Search and update E-commerce news daily
  • Arrange & set up meeting with agencies
  • Submit forms to departments

2. Job Requirements

  • Student of College/University knowledge, skills & behaviors
  • Good at Computer typing skill (fast speed of typing)

1. Job Description

  • Support to conducting legal researches, updating and keeping alert of legal changes in relevant legislation
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up contracts, legal documents and application dossiers to relevant

  • Draft and review the simple contracts, agreements, arrangements, legal documents arising from the Company’s operation
